Booking Policy and Guidelines

Once a reservation request is received; our island experts at St Martin Reservation Center will initiate the reservation process and send an email or telephone response within 24 hours detailing availability and rates. Once a property is agreed upon we will send a written reservation confirmation via email and US mail. The initial confirmation form will include accommodation description, total cost, deposit and payment requirements along with the refund and cancellation policy of the specific property.

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required within 7 days or sooner based on travel dates. Please note that payment guidelines may vary with each property. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Some hotels will require only a 3 night deposit while others will require only a credit card guarantee to secure your reservation with payment upon either arrival or departure.

St Martin Reservation Center accepts personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders as well as major credit cards such as VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS. International payments may also be made by bank wire. Please note that rates shown on this website are subject to change prior to reservation confirmation and generally are before tax and service charges. Guests not using credit cards may be eligible for a waiver of 3% of the service charge for paying by cash.

All checks are payable to Owner Direct Rental Club (ODRC), the parent company of St Martin Reservation Center.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The refund policy of each property varies according to the property owners requirements. Villas have strict cancellation policies, so please contact us regarding the cancellation policy of a specific property.

We recommend that all guests consider the purchase of travel insurance to protect their investment from unexpected circumstances. Each confirmation will detail the property's deposit, payment and cancellation policy.
