The top level has two additional rooms with ocean views and 23" HDTVs (with cable and DVD players).



The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, 23" HDTV, white tile floors and an ocean view.



The first level has a private bedroom with a separate entrance to a deck with picnic table. This bedroom has a queen bed, a 32" flat screen HDTV (with cable, DVD/VCR combo player), and a connection to a computer/game work table, beverage cooler, and a collection of books, puzzles and games for many ages.



Special touches include tile flooring throughout the first two levels (for ease of ocean living) and new oak hardwood floors on top level.



Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum).
