No two sunsets are the same and you'll have front row seats to nature's nightly dazzling display! This wonderful home has been impeccably maintained and is located minutes from world-class dining, fishing, and diving/snorkeling facilities. While ideally suited for 6 people there is room for 8. The main floor living area has two large bedrooms, two full baths, a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a ground level separate apartment with another kitchen, bath, and living area. There is protected dockage across the street for boats up to 22'. Larger boats may also be accommodated.

Rate Details: $5500 to $7500/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee; $100 processing fee; $69 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. Utility Caps/Mo: $50 water and $200 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet plus an additional $100 per pet security deposit. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more. Please call for details.
